None. You will have already submitted all of the necessary documents via the GoCar by Europcar app prior to vehicle collection. You can simply bypass the rental desk, locate your car using the GoCar by Europcar app, unlock it using the app and drive away! If you do need to visit the Europcar rental desk for any reason, we will alert you in advance.
