GoCar by Europcar vehicles are usually a designated make and model, so you may lose the ability to bypass the rental desk if you request to change your vehicle type. If you do need a different vehicle to the one you have booked, you may be able to upgrade on arrival. Please note, there would be a fee to do so. This fee would depend on the size vehicle you are changing into. This option is subject to availability at the time of collection.
