My 10% discount is not applying to my booking. What should I do?

First, please make sure you are logged in to your Europcar account to be recognized as a Privilege member and benefit from the 10% discount.

Please be aware that some restricted conditions may apply. Ensure you are not in one of those cases: 

  • Another discount is already applied to your booking, such as a promotion or a business negotiated price
  • Your requested rental duration is not between 3 and 21 days
  • You are trying to book using a third party website
