I qualify for complimentary single or double car upgrade. Why am I not able to receive it?
Complimentary single or double car upgrade is subject to fleet availalibilty at moment of pick-up and therefore may be refused in stations.
Other conditions may apply preventing you from being granted this benefit:
๐Your rental duration is over 14 days
๐You are renting a van or truck vehicle type
๐You are using a free weekend reward
๐You do not have the Privilege status required (only Executive and up)
