What is Privilege Elite VIP status?
Privilege Elite VIP is the highest tier level in our program. A Privilege Member qualifies to the Elite VIP level when he/she makes more than forty (40) eligible rentals or more than hundred thirty (130) rental days.
Being a Privilege Elite VIP member entitles you to:

👉 Your reservation is guaranteed: Your vehicle will be held if you are running late. The pick-up station will ensure your requested vehicle category is available until closing time, or up to 12:00 PM (noon) the following day at 24/7 stations
👉 Add a second driver at no additional cost to your booking, when in station
👉 Enjoy a complimentary double car category upgrade when picking-up your vehicle

A member will be renewed at the same tier level for 24 months based on rental activity, or downgraded if insufficient activity occurs within that period.
