What benefits do I receive in agencies when I pick-up my vehicle as a Privilege member?

As a Privilege member, when picking-up your rental you are entitled to:

๐Ÿ‘‰Priority service & faster vehicle pick-up: Priority Service speeds up the pick-up process at many of our stations. You can update and save your Driver's License and Payment Card details in the Account area of the Europcar website at any time. By doing so, we can prepare your rental and the required documentation ahead of your arrival. That means that for your next rentals you don't need to wait around while we take down your details and process your rental! Some of our bigger stations also have a Priority desk or queue, that is available to you as a Privilege member

๐Ÿ‘‰ย Booking guaranteed: Your rented vehicle will be waiting for you at the agency even if you are delayed. We will hold it for you until the agency's closing time, or until 12:00 (noon) the following day for 24/7 agencies.

๐Ÿ‘‰Free additional driver: Free additional driver per rental, if you belong to any of the third Elite or Elite VIP. Do not hesitate to request it directly to the counter agent.

๐Ÿ‘‰Complimentary vehicle upgrade: Benefit from an upgrade in car category, single or double, free of charge, if you belong to any of the Privilege tiers: Executive, Elite or Elite VIP. This benefit is subject to vehicle availability at the time of pick-up, do not hesitate to request it directly to the counter agent.
