How will Privilege communicate with me about my activity and rewards?

Notifications regarding your rental activity, Privilege rewards and status evolution will be sent to you via the email provided in your Europcar account.

At any time, you can also check your Privilege account details through your Europcar account in the Privilege Section, once you log in on the website or app.

Note : To benefit from the best experience possible, please always ensure your email address is up-to-date and you have consented to receiving promotional emails from the Privilege program.
