Can I retrieve property left in the vehicle?

If you need to contact Europcar regarding any lost items, please call the location where you returned the vehicle or contact the customer service via this page

Provide as much information as possible:

  • Your First and last name.
  • Europcar ID (if you have one)
  • Your booking number / Or Rental Agreement number / Or Invoice number.
  • Return Station
  • Type of vehicles
  • Items forgotten with as many details as possible. 

However, please note that Europcar can accept no liability for items left in the vehicle at the end of the rental.
