Why was the amount charged not what I expected?

👉 If you booked via our Europcar Website

If the returned deposit was less than you were expecting, you may have been charged for fuel, tolls, or others explained in the Terms & Conditions.

You can check the rental invoice where this will be detailed. You can find it online in the "Manage my bookings”  section within 48 hours. 

👉 If you booked via a third party, you will get your initial pre-paid invoice directly from this provider. You can find your invoice for any additional purchases at the station or charges upon return directly from the Europcar website.
