Rentals booked directly with Europcar count towards your tier level and rewards with the exception of the following rates here (page 3).
Excluded rates include any rentals booked through a third-party, broker, travel agency, car replacement service.
No Privilege Credits are granted for rentals made with one of these rates so they do not count towards your tier level or rewards. However, you may benefit from selected benefits linked to your level in the program.
